OK I understand. It was version 3.06 of REL that included the change to CMONITOR that checks to see if any update is available. Just so you know, the current version of CMONITOR/CAUPDATE seems to have a problem that causes it to repeatedly ask the user if they want to upgrade even after they have done the upgrade. We expect to get this fixed for the next release. In the meantime, if you want to avoid the users being asked about the update, any version of REL prior to 3.06 should do the trick.
