euh... aren't type L printers by default treated as DOS printers? No Windows drivers involved? So should printers be configured as #:RAW ??

Printer = LP1,L ,N,,LPT1,,;

Would / should be:

Printer = LP1,W ,N,,#:RAW,,;

With # or * at configurator's discretion. (I must admit I didn't remember that one - will need to update CometConfigurator.exe)
