I will have to double-check with the support staff as to whether they already have CAW users using redirect via Comet Indirect Printer Selection. If yes, then it won't be a biggie. If no, they will have to spam the users with a tutorial, and then wait for the flood of phone calls.

Again, I will have to double-check with support staff, but it's my understanding that USB printers in Windows get indirectly associated to an LPTn: port.
