A quick test of session.ibs indicates that when it terminates the CA session it displays a Message Box saying the host has disconnected.
That may be nice if you want to let your users know they should have logged of manually.
However if you do not want any message box left on the users screen there is a way to do that also.

A small program will need to be written that does
Print (KillSession)

Then another program needs to be written that will
"Kill" the partition desired, this gets is back to qmonitor just to be sure.
Sets the common message variable to the name of the KillSession program above.
The does the Interrupt command against the desired partition, which causes the KillSession program to run in the desired partition.

That will terminate the individual session without leaving the Host has been disconnected message box.
