Odd Results with ODBC

Comet 2007 382
MySQL 5.0.45
MySQL ODBC driver 3.51.26
Centos 5.2 (Equivalent to Redhat Enterprise 5.2) Linux

Problem:
rsUpdate reports problem when none exists on one system, not on the other with identical data and software. Despite the error report database is updated.

Error = “no rows updated or deleted in rsUpate”

So my question is why would this error come up? Not sure what else to give you here. nothing in the ODBC driver trace looks strange.
