Me too!! Olds hats, too used to using the conceived OLD. Not that it's bad. That's their/our job and what they/us have been trained for and are using. As dealers, we've done a GREAT job. Dealers also don't want to rock the boat. They/We have solved problems for years!! Of course they/we don't want to rock the boat. It's a challenge to introduce the new. But the NEW we must!! Across the entire horizon!! Everything!! Multiple vendors involved and they affect all of us. Microsoft, Google, Apple, IBM, Sun Micro Systems, HP and Dell. You could do a study on each of these companies, but it won't help. Their approaches are too diverse. They're competitors for crying out load! They CAN'T agree with each other on everything! What's the middle ground?? There is none. Pick one!! Hardware is up to you, I choose generic PC's with a local provider that's good. Screw cloud stuff as an alternative across the board. Has to be a mix. No way!! For me, it's MS for work station and Apple for mobile. Google is beta. IBM and SUN are Fortune 500 main stream.
