No. First I have heard of /O=1 Command Line Parameter.
The command line page http://www.signature.net/signature/tips/commandlineoptions.htm
mentions a /O1 parameter but says it is for....
Startup option for the Comet Point-Of-Sale (POS) system (not supported in Comet2000)
I did search and found this thread from 2006

"/O=1". This will prevent COSC from attempting to connect to CometLib. This will also mean that any of your code that uses CopyFile/VerifyFile will not have host-side access to CFAM, but will still be able to directly address files.
Sounds like I do not want to use /O=1. As I am not expecting to directly access files. I thought CFAM was being used to go through the Windows Admin Share.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
