1) The program is being run in the background on any of the full Comet workstations. Never tried it with CometAnywhere. Security prevents any CometAnywhere users from running the program. Except me :)

2) I do my move based on UNC and I can find the share in Windows Explorer once I know the UNC. The Archive folder structure is available to any user. The local IT guy set it up and I imagine it's set to Everyone/Full.

To be honest, the above was how the program was originally written, it now runs in foreground and I didn't see the need to replace the working DOS stuff with FileCopy. And, I use pdfFactory here. The customer uses Adobe.
