Ran CSB.exe on a new Win2003 server with parallel port dongle. After the reboot, the security service didn't start because MPIWIN32.DLL was not installed. File service started OK.
Copied the DLL from my office Win2003 system and placed in it in the same location (C:\windows\system32).
Security service now starts properly.
