I am attempting install the Comet Fax programs (CometFaxSupport.exe) on a new XP Pro (Service pack 3) machine and the following message pops up during the install process:

"An Error occurred during the move data process : -115". The message is displayed in a "Comet Fax Support Setup" window and only option is to click the "OK" button.

I closed all other prgms including Anti Virus prgms and still get the same message. After the ok button, it appears to continue (The program gets to the "Finish" button which I choose and the program closes. A Comet Fax printer gets installed and all looks ok, but my fax prgms are reporting "Unbable to fax file" error.

I downloaded and re-installed the latest CometFaxSupport.exe from SSI and still get the same error. If I run the same setup on my PC (XP Pro service pack 2), the program installs without any problem.

My fax prgms have been running fine at the customers site for years. The PC it they were originally running on died, and has been replaced with a this new one, but I can't seem to get the CometFaxSupport.exe to install on it.

Any help would be appreciated.
