Jim/Jeff, It appears as though the timing with the spooler may have been coincidental. Tuesday afternoon was when the LA showroom first disconnected all users. I then connected to that host and found the local session in the Spooler and was told that they were unspooling reports. Yesterday I got a call that all sessions disconnected, I PCAnywhered to the host machine and it was at Enter Password, so no local usage. Not only that, but two users got back on and disconnected within five minutes. Curiously, the disconnects on Tuesday and Wednesday occurred right around 2:00 Pacific time. The office manager said that disconnections typically were reported around that time and that she had assumed it was a result of East Coast showroom users logging off when they closed at 5:00. I'll post updates as I get them.
