We have an end-user in Atlanta running current Server Products and Comet, 8.03 and .393. They use our Document-Imaging systems which is pdfFactory-based. They recently replaced two PC's with Vista machines. My forms program prints Windows forms and, when verified as correct, it starts a second pass where the forms are printed to the pdfFactory printer and then a Copyfile places the pdf on a Linux server with an entry into a MySQL table. The problem we're seeing is that one of the Vista PC's does this entire process with no problem and the other Vista PC does not execute the Copyfile. The pdfFactory file does show in the AutoSave folder, but the Copyfile does not result in a pdf on the Linux server and no error is reported. Any ideas on where to start looking with this one? Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
