Startup Warning

I can't find the problem and don't know what it is effecting, but when starting up Comet 2004 build 331 I get a message saying:

STARTUP WARNING
Cannot Locate driveR table ET\2004\FFCL
Cannot locate driver table ET\2004\FFCL

Do not get the message on build 328, same computer, same XP op system.

Can someone give me a clue as to what's wrong?
