Port Addresses

Going head-to-head with my hardware vendor on some issues. They lock down the 2003 server so tightly, I can't move. I'm even locked out of reviewing Windows Firewall to see port exceptions. I'm reviewing this with my client's management. Been searching for software that SIMPLY tells me what port addresses are available for use. If everything is locked, fine. But give me a clue! I know this borders on good security and hackers. I installed Adobe Standard 8 on the server at my expense to sell the idea of e-mail printers. Choose to do this 'cause I'm too busy, go away from client PC's. Is there software that you're comfortable with and maybe something Sig can answer with? Security to the max. I like numbers instead of verbose as far as port addresses are concerned. Is port 25 available? Yes/No?
