Partition & Terminal Configuration

Many of our applications rely heavily on the partition number, so its important that all our users have a unique partition. We have each user configured with a block of 10 numbers, some for foreground and some for background partitions. We go from partition 100 to 900.

I need to allocate 100 or 200 partitions to Comet Anywhere and XAP processes. Can we still configure using T00-T99 (P00-P99)? This would get me 100. Can a parition be configured with another letter? (A00-A99)? I'm just trying to find the best way to configure the system and give everyone unique partitions.
