The way this is done elswhere is to specify the join of the files in the using statement.

i.e. USING C1A.TO.C1B,

Types:
Equal
Left Outer
Right Outer

From an IB standpoint, I would think this would be quite simple:

Equal: simply Excp
Left Outer, Excp and next record
Right Outer, Excp and continue
