What are the conditions that have to be met in order for the Comet Data Express link to show on the left-hand side of QMonitor? I have and end-user on C2K8 393 08.05 with a #CFILES and a 'Y' flag in the Security file for their login, yet no Comet Data Express link. Not a big deal as $ at the ready gets them there, just curious.
