After memory refresh on legacy reporter, work with CDE and review of posts on the subject ( thank you Justin & Jon ) I would like to make a request for adding functionality to CDE. In the fields window on the right-hand side, when a linked file is clicked on in order to select fields from the linked file, I'd like to specify that the link is to function as INNER JOIN or OUTER JOIN. INNER JOIN will work exactly as it does now ( only rows with exact match will be returned ) and OUTER JOIN will provide the rows from the driving file that do not have a match, printing blanks for the fields designated from the file being linked into. This would give us the same functionality that we had with the multiple links in legacy reporter where the second link was the driving file back to itself.
I'm not sure if RIGHT OUTER JOIN is necessary.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
