I didn't fully understand your example, but why don't you create another user that does not have the directories in the cfg (ini file). To remove access if you have set it globally, just configure in the Node section [Directory] xx = ;

This will remove the directory configuration. I do this on my machine so I can run multiple profiles, some that do not access 2 of my 3 servers.
