In the past, whenever I had a question, all I had to do was to make a phone call and support was there. Be it customer or Q. As life has sped up, competition and expectations increasing, evolution of our workspace, you/me are presented with a challenge. Replacing the yester-year phone call support (you know 50 minute wait+), we have a forum. Everyone has problems, everyone wants an answer. Forums don't present an immediate solution but a request for a possible solution for a specific user situation. My business management/planning style is to simply review where have you been, where are you now and where do you want to go. To speed research up, is there a way that the forum can be modified to display only my initiated blogs OR anyone else? By topic? By blog? By Blogger? :)
