Y'all know how I feel about edit masks in the dictionary.

We do need some way to get edit masks on total lines. The omission is a continuing embarrassment. I'm not sure that is a DB Mgr feature or a run time feature.

A Date data type would be wonderfulness. Ours is a business oriented software environment and our people do a lot of date dependent processing.

The Q report language that followed the Reporter Generator (name escapes) included run time selection capability. Is that in the scope of this project??

I have never, ever made a #CFILES from a format. Never Ever. Who has experience with this?? There is more information (field name) in #CFILES than in Formats. How is that handled?
