Wonder if anybody else has experienced this.
Using an OkiData ML420 printer to print 8,000 time cards every two(2) weeks.
Using a simply Comet application program and after printing about 250 Time Cards the printer Pauses for 6 seconds, flashes a menu light(indicates some kind of error), and proceeds to print six(6) Time Cards. This Pause/Print sequence continues on for the remaining part of the print jog.
I have spoken with OkiData and have taken the printer in for inspection/testing/warranty. The repair/warranty depot all claim no problem. They cannot get it to fail.
I have setup a job in Word to print similiar info 5000 times.
The printer does not fail.
I have installed the latest Drivers from OkiData.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the OkiData printer.
The last repair/warranty depot replaced logic board, print head, etc, in the printer.
The problem continues to occur when using the Comet application program.
Just curious if anybody else has experienced anything similiar to this, if so, what action was taken to resolve it.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
