More tests.

Old laptop is in shop, so I moved my development to old old laptop. It's XP SP3. It was running 8.02. Upgraded to 8.03. OK. Upgraded to 8.04. OK. No reboots between installs. Did a reboot and 8.04 is OK.

On new laptop. Ran 8.04 install over working 8.03. Still no good. So having a prior working Cserve doesn't seem to matter.

I have a Vista Business running 8.02 or 8.03. I'll give it a try at 8.04.
