Got thru remainder of MS Expressions video. Lots of stuff to consider. Front part of demo seems to suggest you can create EXE's using DLL's. Middle part of demo wants to mess with Audio/Video rendering. Only the end part addressed building a web page and authoring it. Gave many web page programming styles (old/new pro/con) examples. Building a static web page is simple using Expressions. Here's my son's baby pictures, here's some video's, etc. Pictures/Video's with text, easy! Templates are worth considering, layering can be a challenge. But real challenge is dynamics. PHP! Guess you know that. Attempting to write a commercial web page using Comet and NOTEPAD to enter all HTML/XML lines is pointless. To build a house you need tools, not your bare hands. So far, I'm considering Expressions. What's everyone else considering?
