Thanks. I assumed the best way to go was 14.2 on a new Vista PC. Nope, IBInstall needs some changes.

I thought about VS 2008 over the weekend and decided to go with VS 2003. Vista reported "issues" with VS2003, I continued with the install. So far its working the same in the dialog design section. Fortunately, the old INC and DLL copy process worked without rerunning DPBuild.
