EXCP 56

Program is generating an EXCP 56 when the record does NOT exist for INSERT. I have verified through the debugger the key value and the EXCP code. I am sure the record does not already exist. This program has been in use for sveral months and occasionally generates an error on line 313 (see attached image).

Have you had any other reports of erroneous excp 56's? How can I work around the problem?
