It's hard to say this tactfully and gently, but Signature does have an obligation to try to stay current with the ever expanding environment.
Barbara should have access to a Vista system and, probably, a network.
Dual boot or virtual machines may be an approach.
It's kinda like testing a web page with a variety of browsers; it's a pain but necessary.
