Found the missing Documentation for //IB//

A short while ago I complained about the lack of Documentation regarding the new compiler directive (the cryptic //IB// line). Well I found it.

The document was originally put under the name "Creating IB Source Programs" (document crsource.htm).

I found that under another document called "What's New" that covers Comet documentation updates up until the "New" Comet 2005. It was in New for Comet 2004 section under compiler options.
