When I use the Menu (File/Print) I am seeing the print line of the menu in the screen shot.
Is that what you are talking about?

A workaround is to use the kjeyboard short cut (as indicated on the menu) of CTRL-P.
Then I get a nice clean screen shot.

BTW. Jim does have a Vista System.
