eComet - wondering if anybody has developed a google type name lookup.
Ex: trying to locate the proper customer
Operator enters a letter "H"
Ajax should start displaying customers whose name begins with "H"
If operator enters another letter "E", display should now start with customers with a name beginning with "HE"
Can the typing of a 2nd character stop the display from the 1st character before it finishes? Assume 300 customers starting with "H"
Would not want to wait for 300 customers to display before narrowing down search to display the 30 customers starting with "HE"
Similar to function of (F1) help display, except if 2nd or 3rd characters of name are entered, display is adjusted automatically.
Maybe some sort of generic lookup could be developed, that could be used like (F1) on any ecomet page???
