I've been creating .csv files for at least 15 years and all of my gosub routines included putting quotes around strings ... no quotes around numbers. However, in the last year, I've been receiving more and more requests from clients who are sending these files and are being requested by the people receiving these files to remove the quotes. It confuses their programs. Don't know why. Have gone so far as adding a switch before running my routines to quote or not to quote. So, for what it's worth, my experience is that it is not do it one way or another. Both ways are required.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
