As far away as possible would be either 10/15/2009 or 4/14/2010, depending on your point of view. But I hear what you're saying about tax time. Are you a sole proprietorship? Kauai is spectacular - the first time I saw a bird of paradise plant I stood and looked at it in disbelief for about five minutes. Plane fare to HI still looks high to me.
