Picture with 300 word equivalence. This is my own business invoice. It looks the same whether printed, emailed (PDF), or faxed. So you get good leverage once you've up the learning curve
Eliminated most of the gray boxes. Slows down the printer and uses extra toner. No addition to readability.
Don't use too many fonts. Another slow down. If the customer has a special font not found in Windows. You have to have it installed on every PC that prints invoices.
Caveat: On my printers, the "**REPRINT**" prints OK. Apparently, pdfFactory doen't have the same margins and is cutting of the print. Happens a lot (to me). Try to test with a variety of printers to keep things clean.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
