Where is QREPORTS for Comet 2007?

Where is the download for Reporter for customers using Comet 2007? Not yet licensed for 2008 or above, so it appears the NEW reporter will not work. Where in the download software is the UTR zip file for use with Comet 2007? Do they use the UTR in legacy reporter download? Version 3+?
