The webserve error is a typical one when a person is trying to go to a XAP program that does not exist (possibly through mistyping). i.e. - your application is at http://www.whateverthisdomainis.com/xap/creditapp and they're going to http://www.whateverthisdomainis.com/xap/creditap . Webserve tries to run thinking that it might be hosting an HTML document, but then can't find it.
