Comet Startup Error

I got a message box displayed when I started Comet via Comet Explorer (client was not running). I received a message asking me to start comet, I check off "Allways Check" and clicked to continue and got:

CreatePipe failed: 231

Version 3.95

Comet appeared to be operating normally.
