Changing a screens colors

I cannot get the colors to change on a screen, any screen! I have changed every setting in CWCOLOR until I got worn out. Put both HEX and Mnemonic in format (and as below). NOTHING happens! Anyone have any idea what I am missing?

PRINT(0)(Create Window=25,6,75,22)
INPUT(0)XEXCP
PRINT(0)(Change Colors='@0F@','@CF@','@00@','@90@','@0F@')
