XAP and WebServe

Further down in this forum, Steve Hagan reported a problem with his XAP server in that it experienced errors. After lookin at the xap log file, I could see that webserve was asked to serve favicon.ico. When it does this, it does not include the xap directory designation.
here is a line from the log:

Fri Feb 20 06:38:29 2009GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1

Webserve was recently updated to attempt to run a program called "index" if no program was specified, but in this case, there was no script name at all, and there was no excp= clause on the attempt to read the SCRIPT.NAME record from the lun1.

Here is a new webserve source which simply stops in this case. You are all welcome to this source and if you can see any other changes that may be usefull for others, please let me know.

The webserve source is usually found in our xtl download on our ftp server.
