CB Program / CometLIB

Am attempting to establish a CB program connection from a remote site.

Already have CA Client at remote connecting to CA HOST PC at the host site.
On the same PC at the Remote Site,
Have Comet Client connecting to Comet Server at Remote Site.

Do I need to open CLibNetServe port on the firewall at the remote site and have it directed to the CA Host?

Is that all that needs to be done?
