SetGlobal and GetGlobal

Won't go into big details of my program I'm developing by it all comes down to this question. I have a SIBLING program (ENTERLEVEL=1) that sets the SetGlobal and then exits. Via MESSAGESUB, the parent program uses GetGlobal. I consistently get EXCP 51 everytime.. Is SetGlobal and GetGlobal partition and ENTERLEVEL specific?
