laptop power modes

Any hope that Comet can be made to play well on laptops in Sleep, Hibernate or Stand By modes?

Left Comet running on my Vista Ultimate laptop and left it overnight in Sleep. Upon awakening I found a "StackOverflow" message (see screen shots) from somewhere, presumably Comet. That lead to the "ntdvm" error and finally the "NoLonger" error. That got T00 closed but T01 was still visible and I had to "X" it.

Went into Task Manager and killed about 7 Comet processes. Went into Services and did a "Start" on CometServices. The consoles were still "X"d out. I did a "Restart" on CometServices and they came back. Now I could start Comet. Should have just rebooted the PC :)
