File dates and times

As you know we've always relied on Windows to update the file date and time following a write. Because of how that process works, sometimes the update isn't done until the file is closed. We decided to have our file server do the update itself rather than waiting for Windows to do it for us.

The 9.03 version of the Server Products release includes this change as well as some other important changes. This release is available for download now.
