having problem with drawbitmap function

Customer installed a new printer - OKI C3400 - and now when printing any forms through Comet (the programs were designed using CFORM) all images are just black rectangles. The programs are using the drawbitmap function. Is there another property or flag that I need to set or is this a printer driver problem? The printer can print images (jpg's, bmp's, etc) no problem from other applications.
