QSPOOL/pdfFactory error

Selected 4 jobs (J option) in one range from SP1 and tried to send them to pdfFactory. Received a "Dispatcher not found" error.

Flagged the only other not printed job as printed (T option) and ran the R option. R option worked.

Comet 397 UTL 9.00.
