Why is Comet.EXE poping a Dialog ?

I recently updated this site with latest & greatest.

Since then there are 2 stations that get a popup

It pops 3 of those before really starting Comet. (See attached Screen Shot)

This is being Launched from a Windows 2003 Server, same shortcut for all users for the last few years. Only two out of 80+ have this problem.

I verified the COSW.INI.. nothing funny. Deleted COSW.INI still does the same.

Upgraded to Comet 2008.398
