pdf attachment with Sendmail

Has anyone been able to attach a PDF document to an email using SENDMAIL ?
If you can, please let me know the coding.

PRINT (25) 'Content-type: Image/PDF; name="TEST.PDF"'
PRINT (25) 'Content-disposition: attachment; filename="TEST.PDF"'
PRINT (25) 'Content-transfer-encoding: BASE64'

I can attach a text or a word document but not yet a PDF document.
