OK I'm getting closer. I've gotten UE to compile, but it complains that I don't have access to proper folder. Of course I don't have the tool that does the ACCESS working. So I looked into what is behind that tool and I see this screen (see attached pic).
What am I looking at? Why is there a // construction? Does // mean anything or is it an error?
