Code that used to compile and no longer does

Hi, I'm getting into COMET more and am taking over some code from a previous legacy system. I am trying to compile an .IBS file that compiled for the previous owner, but no longer compiles. I am getting random STRUCTURED IF's Exist With No ENDIF's errors (see attachment).

I'm using Comet Security Server v.9 and Comet Database Server v.9.01. Has anyone run across this issue?
