The security server could be getting loaded a couple of ways. If you have it set up to run as a service, run the Windows Services utility, right click on "Comet Services", select "Properties" and see which folder it is loading the programs from. The other way it could be getting loaded is if you ever added CSecSrv.exe to the startup folder for Windows. If you're running the servers as services (recommended)you definitely should not have them in the startup folder.
