It is actually creating CAPI0000.LST., even though the CAPI window does not say itis.
While the compile is hung if I go into the source code directory, there is CAPI0000.LST. It has nothing in it.
If I then erase it, the CAPI window says,
Creating list file: CAPI0000.LST on BRS
Create exception 12
